Crespelle con prosciutto e mozzarella * Baked Pancake with ham and mozzarella

Products:
500 g flour
500 g prepared bechamel (or canned)
500 ml milk 150 g mozzarella

120 g cooked ham into thin slices
80 g grated Parmesan
50 g melted butter 3 eggs

In bowl, beat eggs with melted butter. Add flour and stir well to avoid lumps remain. Pour milk and stir to get thin homogeneous. Put a little salt and pepper and bake pancakes in a pan with some butter.
